Centuries Old Designs is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If a product is faulty or damaged please return it to us in original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will endeavour to repair the product.
All returns for merchandise purchased online need be authorised in advance by sending an e-mail request including details of the merchandise to be returned and reason for return to centuriesolddesigns@gmail.com
All returned merchandise are subject to inspection by Centuries Old Designs prior to exchange being made.
For your protection, we recommend you send your return package prepaid and insured. You are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received by Centuries Old Designs. Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for repairs, you are not required to pay for postage on the outgoing order.
Items cannot be returned if you have changed your mind.
